Oblivion Crashes On New Game Free Evaluation Version

I also have a lot of other mods installed for my normal Oblivion playthrough, including Oblivion Reloaded, Better Cities, Maskar Oblivion Overhaul, Unique Landscapes, Basic Primary Needs, etc., and all the latest. Crash when loading a save from in-game I am playing with the latest version of Morroblivion. New games seem to crash instantly.
Although, crash issues are still there upon exit and occasionally while in-game. With some ini tweaks, I have resolved the stutter problem to some extent. However, we are experiencing some stability and game issues.
